These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 7spinph ("7spinph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 7spinph.vip and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 7spinph platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7spinph platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 7spinph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum legal gambling age applicable under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 7spinph is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not eligible to use 7spinph.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 7spinph or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. 7spinph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

7spinph reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend and close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without liability to the affected user.

To access the full range of services offered by 7spinph, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7spinph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 7spinph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7spinph username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7spinph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 7spinph immediately at [email protected].

7spinph operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7spinph may result in account suspension.

7spinph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to your 7spinph wallet in PHP. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 7spinph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on file. 7spinph does not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits or those verified through the KYC process. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 7spinph endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. 7spinph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the 7spinph wallet interface. 7spinph does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. 7spinph is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7spinph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

7spinph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your 7spinph bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 7spinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to its applicable terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses credited to accounts that are subsequently found to be ineligible will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7spinph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 7spinph platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 7spinph platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 7spinph.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 7spinph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7spinph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 7spinph platform — including but not limited to the 7spinph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7spinph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7spinph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 7spinph platform without the prior written consent of 7spinph.

Any unauthorized use of 7spinph intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7spinph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7spinph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 7spinph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that 7spinph takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or communications that were transmitted in error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7spinph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

7spinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 7spinph account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

7spinph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 7spinph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, 7spinph reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

7spinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7spinph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 7spinph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players with complaints or disputes are encouraged to contact 7spinph customer support in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome or bet settlement, 7spinph's decision — made in good faith and based on available technical records — shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
